This Advertising Policy outlines the rules and standards for any individual, business, or organization (“Advertiser”) that wishes to advertise on Crooksville News facebook page and/or  YouTube and/ or official website Crooksvillenews.com.

• All advertising must comply with Facebook’s Advertising Guidelines, U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) regulations, and applicable state and local laws.

• Advertisements must be accurate, truthful, and not misleading in any way.

• We reserve the right to approve, reject, or remove any advertisement at our sole discretion, for any reason, without notice.

2. Content Restrictions

Advertisements must NOT contain:

• Hate speech, violence, or discriminatory content.

• Adult or sexually explicit material.

• Tobacco, vaping, or illegal drugs.

• False or misleading claims.

• Malware, spyware, or links to insecure websites.

3. Ad Approval Process

• All advertisements must be submitted for review before being posted.

• Please allow up to 2 business days for the approval process.

• Rejected ads may be revised and resubmitted.

4. Placement and Duration

• Ads may appear in designated ad spaces on our Facebook page, YouTube and website.

• Duration of the ad campaign will be based on the package purchased or agreement made.

• Ad placement location is at our discretion unless otherwise specified in a purchase package.

5. Payment Terms

• Payment must be made in full before ads are published.

• We accept cash, check and or cashapp.

• No refunds will be issued once the ad has been posted unless we are unable to deliver the agreed exposure.

6. Advertiser Responsibilities

• Advertisers are responsible for providing high-quality ad graphics, links, and text content.

• Any claims made in an advertisement must be substantiated and reflect the actual offer.

• Advertisers must notify us immediately of any changes to their business or promotions that may affect the ad.

• Crooksville News does not endorse or guarantee any products or services advertised.

• We are not liable for any claims, damages, or losses resulting from advertisements displayed on our platforms.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Advertisers will be notified of any significant changes before they take effect.

• Your ad displayed on the website.

• Links shared to our Facebook page.

• One personalized Facebook post per month.

1. Silver Advertising Package – $300/month:

Advertise on the Crooksville News Facebook page.

• A personalized Facebook post (limited to one per week).

• Video content included with your personalized posts.

• a section/ page of the website will be dedicated to your advertisement

1. Premium Advertising Package – $500/month:

Advertise on the Crooksville News Facebook page, CrooksvilleNews.com, and YouTube. This package includes:

• A personalized Facebook post (limited to one per week).

• Video content included with your personalized posts.

• a section/ page of the website will be dedicated to your advertisement
