Building Permit Approved for McKeever Street Property
Council approved a building permit for 204 McKeever Street after confirmation that all utility checks were in order. The motion, made by Councilman Hampton and seconded by Councilman Redfern, passed unanimously. This approval represents continued support for residential development and property improvement within the village.
Pay Raises Approved for Village Employees
After final reading and approval of Resolution #32-2025, the Crooksville Council voted to authorize a $0.75 hourly wage increase for all full-time employees, as well as for part-time employee Rodney Edgell. The resolution explicitly excluded three newly hired positions—the Park Caretaker and two employees in the Service Department—from the increase.
The motion passed unanimously, signaling the council’s commitment to competitive compensation for its longstanding staff.
